By Clement Moyo| Analysis| Once again the Zimbabwe warriors have proved they can be a powerhouse of world football as Liverpool’s Moh Salah is reduced to nothing.

The Warriors contained Moh Salah who terrorises European teams for the 90 minutes and could only afford a smile as he walked off the pitch at the end of the game after the fortuitous 1-0 win.

Zimbabwe could have won the game if they believe in their talent and skill-set.

Winning was easier than losing, as Zimbabwe’s individual talent dominated the match. But for Zimbabwe to progress further it’s up to the team captain Musona, to stop playing for the crowd or scouters and make a firm and winning decision at the top end of the field.

Top of the Zimbabwe national team’s problems is decision making when and where it matters most, SHOTS AT GOAL. Warriors’ managed 2 in 90 minutes. That rate needs overhauling overnight.

Managerial challenge: How does management mould individual talent to commercial success where organisational results matter most than individual but at the same time rewarding individual talent?

The Warriors team has talent to beat any team in the world, but does management have the bigger role of turning skilful individuals into national sporting heroes through thoughtful decision making? We appreciate individual talisman and effort by our Warriors and wish them well in the next games.
